I have recently been informed that, despite common use of the name "Galaxy Zoo", there are, in fact, several Z projects. All, to some extent, different.
Examples: GZ Hubble, GZ CANDELS, and GZ Mergers.
Do they all, however, have the same Science Team? I've been told no.
How, then, does one determine which ones are, in fact, different? And for the GZ {Projects} which are different, how to find the members of the Science Team?
Update:
You'll find that it's pretty big: Chris Lintott, Karen Masters, Kevin Schawinski, Kyle Willett, Steven Bamford, Brooke Simmons, Edd Edmondson, Bill Keel, Carie Cardamone, Meg Urry, Kevin Casteels, Bob Nichol, Lucy Fortson, Peter Maksym, Tom Melvin, Alex Szalay, Daniel Thomas, Boris Häußler, Sugata Kaviraj, Jordan Raddick, Ivy Wong, Edmond Cheung, Becky Smethurst, Melanie Galloway, Melanie Beck, Ross Hart, Sandor Kruk, Lucy Newnham, and Claudia Scarlata
The GZ Team page also, very helpfully, includes a list of "Retired members of the Galaxy Zoo Team". However, it does not say who are former Science Team members, as opposed to former "France Support Team" members, say.

BTW, for those who aren't native french speakers -- my last name, 'Trouille' is quite a silly last name in France. It roughly translates to 'scaredy cat'. Hence the reference above to 'Hello scared'. My dad's French, my mom's American. I quickly learned in France to expect a giggle if I ever said my last name out loud.
Thank you for the posts about slowness and lag. We've scaled up our system and are hoping it helps. We've seen ~35% increase in classification rate over the past week, so adjusting accordingly, but it'll take a little experimentation to get it right. Thank you for your patience!

Apparently new discoveries jeopardize the existence of Planet X (aka 9).
Quoted Text“We find no evidence of the orbit clustering needed for the Planet Nine hypothesis in our fully independent survey,” says Cory Shankman, an astronomer at the University of Victoria in Canada and a member of the Outer Solar System Origins Survey (OSSOS), which since 2013 has found more than 800 objects out near Neptune using the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope in Hawaii. In a paper posted to arXiv on 16 June and soon to be published in The Astronomical Journal, the OSSOS team describes eight of its most distant discoveries, including four of the type used to make the initial case for Planet Nine.
The object at 3 o-clock (2015 GT50) shouldn't be there

To Mandy Bailey and Margaret Penston.
Here is an update on Helen's situation, sent to me by Helen's friend. It does not make for happy reading. Helen has now given permission for people generally to be told, and I have agreed to contact the RAS and the SPA. Therefore, Mandy Bailey please would you inform appropriate people in the RAS, and Margaret Penston the RAS Club. I have spoken on the phone to John Zarnecki who is currently in France, so he is aware.
Having been moved to a local community hospital, Helen had to be rushed back to Oxford when her condition deteriorated. Various scans revealed that she has bowel cancer with connected problems elsewhere, in addition to the possible brain tumour that has also been under investigation.
It has been agreed by all concerned at the hospital that Helen is now too weak to survive any of the possible treatment options available, and the decision was taken that further medical intervention cannot be justified and Helen is now in end-of-life care. It is likely that Helen will now be transferred to a care home or hospice, but that has not yet been done.
The registrar at the hospital has stated that Helen may survive weeks rather than days, but nevertheless did suggest that if people wish to make arrangements to say their goodbyes then it should be done sooner rather than later.
Helen's friend has stated that he and his wife would be pleased to take any messages to Helen, so if anybody wishes to write or send a card it should be addressed to:
Dr Helen Walker
c/o Mr P Sumner
25 Tennyson Drive
ABINGDON
OX14 5PD
Anybody particularly wishing to visit Helen MUST first contact Peter Sumner (telephone number 01235 538 559 ) who can advise whether a visit is appropriate at that time and, if so, will let people know where she is when they phone.
Thank you both for your assistance with this,

How does someone in France (or any other country) find out which projects have been translated into other languages?
