Finished! Looks like this project is out of data at the moment!

Eric is the History Librarian in the Arts and Humanities Library. He is one of the co-facilitators of the larger People's Contest Digital Archive initiative of which this transcription project is a part. He serves as a liaison with the George and Ann Richards Civil War Era Center, and provides academic and research support and context for the project.
Yue Tang, College of Education, Penn State University
Yue is a Ph.D. candidate in Educational Theory and Policy in the College of Education. She worked on the project from August 2020 to August 2021, and played a key role in identifying Zooniverse as a transcription platform for our digital collections and in drafting the initial workflows, tutorials, and field guides that assist volunteers with transcribing People's Contest materials. She also prepared much of the initial collection assessment work that Haven is now continuing.
In addition to the team members and alumni listed above, we would like to thank the following people for participating in our early "alpha" transcription events, and in providing technical assistance related both to Zooniverse and to making the transcriptions available for publication:

Bethann Rea, Preservation, Conservation, and Digitization, Penn State University Libraries
