Rowan is the project manager for Drones for Ducks and the Wild Southwest at the ASPIRE Center, where she is a postdoctoral fellow. Her research focuses on how to use drones and other remote sensing methods to study wildlife in a safe, efficient, and ethical way.
This project is a collaboration between the US Fish and Wildlife Service and the Center for the Advancement of Spatial Informatics Research and Education (ASPIRE) at the University of New Mexico.
