Are you trying to use the Zooniverse app?
It would be better if you used the web browser (eg. Chrome)
If the browser you're opening doesn't work, can you try another device?

@VeronicaHG Thank you for posting here. Great if you could go to the app store and try again. We just released an updated version this week. If you have any difficulty, it would be really helpful if you could email contact@zooniverse.org with details about what type of phone you're using. We'll then be able to troubleshoot. It's really helpful when people let us know because there may be others facing a similar issue.
Thank you!

Good afternoon.
I am a computer engineer so if you need any help i can make suggestions if you need or want. Workflows are an interesting concept but I'm
sure we'll manage if we work together as a team.
Thanks.

The joint third Observing Run (O3) of the LIGO (Hanford and Livingston), Virgo, and KAGRA gravitational wave observatories had ended on March 27, 2020 - a month earlier than originally planned because of the Covid epidemic.
Since then, all four instruments have undergone extensive upgrades: New, more powerful lasers, new end test masses at Livingston, new 300-meter auxiliary filter cavities (and some new buildings to house them!) to enable frequency-dependent squeezing, and a host of other little things besides. Commissioning is ongoing in preparation for the upcoming fourth observing run.
Some useful references:
(All of these can be reached from the OpenLVEM Wiki. Another update is due later this week.)
Meanwhile, Zooniverse volunteers continue to help the engineers deal with transient instrumental and environmental noise by classifying glitches recorded during the past Engineering and Observing Runs.

Welcome to the Zooniverse @Bennettej. Many projects are not well-suited to classifying on a mobile device, particularly one with a small screen, and the app doesn't support as many types of classification task as the website. Therefore only a subset of projects can be offered on the app. If you really want to work on a project on your mobile device and it's not on the app, you will have to use the website, which does work on any device.

An improvement to the mobile app might be to have the app update the displayed image prior to refreshing the buttons that are available to click. For a project such as Snow Spotter where there are only three choices Yes/No/Too Dark and you are using the mobile app if you are on a slower than normal link such as cellular data the buttons Yes/No/Too Dark are available to press before the image is updated. This can lead to incorrect selections.
